Buyer’s Inspection
Before you purchase a new home, be sure to schedule your inspection first with Superior Home Services. With our expert help, you’ll have a good understanding of the true condition of the home. The inspection report empowers you to decide if negotiations are necessary, or if the home is a good investment for you so you can move on to closing. (See pricing below)

Pre-Listing / Seller’s Inspection
Be sure to let us inspect your home before you put it on the market. This allows you to make any repairs that may be needed or to adjust the listing price of the home before it is even viewed by potential buyers. ($275)

11 Month / Builder’s Warranty
This type of warranty comes with most new homes and covers certain components for the first year after moving in. In the 11th month, order a Builder’s Inspection from Superior Home Services. If any defects or issues are discovered, the inspection report can be submitted to the builder and repairs can be made before your warranty expires. ($275)

Home Maintenance Inspection
Undetected issues in a home often worsen and become more expensive problems over time. That’s why it’s a great idea to have us inspect your home even if you are not considering listing it for sale. Protect yourself and your future. ($250)

Re-Inspections
Once repairs have been made that were detailed in your initial home inspection report, get the added peace of mind with a complementary Re-Inspection. Wouldn’t you like to know for certain that the repairs were made properly? (FREE, following our initial inspection)
